Agnes 從小就對創意和藝術充滿熱情。 她在高中階段學習藝術，並獲得多項藝術獎項。 曾擔任香港中學聯校美術協會主席。於大學本科攻讀了工商管理市場營銷學（BBA Hons）。Agnes 贏得了市場營銷獎項，並在多個國際品牌任職亞太地區高級管理人員超過10年以上。早年，她毅然放棄多年建立的事業，希望應用自己的興趣為社會作出貢獻，在香港公開大學修畢兒童心理學及取得優異學術表現獎，她通過結合藝術發展及心理學的元素，創立了Creative Hearts Hong Kong，以教育兒童多元藝術，致力於兒童藝術發展，且擁有多年教育兒童創意藝術（包括特殊學習需要）的經驗。之後成功修畢香港大學表達藝術治療碩士及香港中文大學心理學碩士課程，亦為香港浸會大學客席講師。Agnes 創立了香港表達藝術治療協作社，致力提倡表達藝術治療的文化，幫助社會認識及接觸表達藝術治療； 她擁有多個感官專業認證，擅長表達藝術融合五感的新穎工作坊。

目的是透過表演記錄每個巡演地區當代女性的律動和日常舉止，轉代成舞作，以慶祝女性的關係、歌頌長久以來的女性舞姿。
